When the practice is closed please telephone 111 free of charge from both Landline and Mobiles to contact the Out of Hours (OOH) service.
This is covered by the NHS 111 South East Health.
Urgent Advice
For urgent medical advice / assistance please telephone 111free of charge from your Landline or Mobile. This is a New 24/7 telephone service across England who will triage callers, give clinical advice and take the appropriate action.
Out-of-hours (OOH) services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Life Threatening
If you have a life threatening emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

- Orsett Minor Injuries (Orsett Hospital) opening hours between 10am - 7.30pm, 7 days a week.
